Biokorean – Return and Refund Policy

Returns:
We hope you're fully satisfied with your purchase from Biokorean. However, if you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Process:
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@biokorean.com. Be sure to include your order number along with a detailed description of the reason for your return. We'll then provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
